Vietnam Circular Economy in Action (VCEA) is an annual event organized by CL2B and its partners bringing together key public and private sector stakeholders, showcasing circular economy implementation, opportunities and innovation.

This year’s third edition, VCEA 2024, focuses on the message of CONTINUOUS ACTION for a circular economy transition, emphasizing the need for proactive and practical implementation by all stakeholders, private sector business models and raising awareness for waste separation at source.

CL2B (Closed Loop To Balance) Advisory is the organizer of Vietnam Circular Economy in Action. CL2B is a leading circular economy consultancy based in Vietnam. Our mission is to close the loop of material waste and facilitate the transition to a zero-waste future in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. CL2B leverages its strategic knowledge, technical expertise, and extensive network of stakeholders to support companies in implementing efficient and impactful circular economy projects and programs.​

This year’s Vietnam Circular Economy in Action (VCEA) represents a joint effort between CL2B and Rx Tradex, the organizers behind the Waste and Recycling Vietnam Expo. This partnership aims to convene experts in the circular economy and waste recycling sectors to advance discussions on sustainable development, focusing on transitioning to a circular economy and leveraging innovative technologies to address recycling challenges.
